1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including your email address and password (stored as a bcrypt hash). We also collect usage data including message counts, conversation metadata, and interaction timestamps to operate and improve the service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to: provide and maintain the service; enforce usage quotas and fair-use policies; detect and prevent abuse or unauthorized access; improve model routing and system performance.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on servers located in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted transport (TLS), hashed passwords, and JWT-based authentication. No message content is shared with third parties.
4. Message Content
Messages you send are processed by a locally-hosted language model. Your conversations are stored to enable multi-session continuity. We do not use your conversation content to train models.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your conversations at any time. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.
6. Cookies
We use session tokens stored in localStorage for authentication. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
